Unable to Enter Bank Deposit Amount After Account Change

Hi,

I recently changed my bank account and received the small deposit for verification.

It's been over a week, but I still can't enter the deposit amount.

What should I do?

Since you are located in China maybe there's problem with you account number.

@BloomDress Sometimes Etsy isn't very cooperative if they feel a seller isn't following their rules. At least one of the listings in your shop is also available on Walmart and in other Etsy shops!

I won't give the link to the other Etsy shop but it was easy to find with Google Lens! 

Reselling new clothing isn't allowed on Etsy unless it's made by or designed by the seller. Since the same items are easy to find elsewhere, I'm pretty sure you're not making or designing the clothing in your shop. Last I heard, items made by your production partners need to be exclusive to you; the PP can't be making/selling the same item(s) to other people/sellers/stores/etc. 

Sooo, as of now, ensuring that you're following Etsy's rules should get higher priority rather than trying to confirm a bank account.

@BloomDress   The deposit is entered in the bank area of the shop payment account.  Are you saying that never opened?  If so then contact Etsy.  Use Contact us under Help.

Please do finish your shop.  Your location and about page would be helped with information about how you create your designs that are made by a POD.

Also shop policies.

@MemorableTeesCo   Did you go to the bank area of the shop payment account?  That opens up 24 to 48 hours after the deposit appears in your bank.

If longer than 48 you may need to contact Etsy.

Did you go through Plaid?  If you are a US seller you go through Plaid.

If elsewhere, you need to finish your shop with shop location, about page and shop policies.  If using a POD that information needs to be filled in.

@PrimFun It’s been more than 5 days, and I’ve contacted Etsy with no resolution. They keep telling me to re-enter my bank information and repeat the verification process. I did that, and after about a week, I received the small deposit. But then, after 5 days, I still can’t enter the deposit amount to complete verification.

I contacted Etsy again today, and they told me once more to start over and re-enter my bank details. There’s no solution so far, and I don’t know what to do next.
