Unable to Edit Legal Shop Information and placed on involuntary "Vacation."

Hello,

I am posting this message here because sellers no longer have the ability to get questions answered pertaining to their shops.  We received a notification that we needed to update legal information the legal information for one of our two shops.  We tried to do so, but were told that the documents we provided were not correct.  Our LLC was established in Florida, and when we moved to West Virginia, we registered as a foreign corporation.  I tell you this to make the point that this issue is not part of the answer tree that the AI uses to dismiss sellers.  Since providing the incorrect information, the information fields have been greyed out/locked.  We are at our wits end.  It seems that the chat feature has been removed form the shop and there is no where to get any type of answer pertaining to the correct documentation, or to answer why the information fields are locked.  We even tried to use the chat feature in our functioning shop to get answers about the non- functioning shop.  The person asked several questions to confirm that we were indeed the shop owners and then told us that that this issue needed to be handled through email, and we were to expect an email "Very Soon."  Three days have passed, and we have not heard anything via email or any other  channel.  I know Etsy was never really know for its customer service, but I am extremely concerned now that with the onset of AI, the company is losing all of the Humanity that it tries to sell in its commercials.  I understand that there are many posts on similar issues, but most of them were Kiboshed by community helpers saying that these personal issues need to be handled offline.  This does not allow others who have similar issue to respond with helpful information.  I actually contacted a seller who had a post on the issue and I was so grateful that she did respond to me.  She said in order to solve her Legal Documents issue, she sent a chat message almost every hour, over several days, until the issue was pushed up to a supervisor.  She said the issue was handled almost immediately.  She did point out that this happened over a year ago and things have changed (like turning off the chat when they doing like your info).  If you, as a seller have had this issue and have information as how to solve the issue, please respond.  Our shop have been 'Vacationed" for almost three weeks and we really cannot afford this.
