Unable to Edit ANY Information Inside Legal Shop Information

Has anyone else had this issue? I am unable to edit ANY information box aside from "Name of Legal Entity." I simply see a red circle with a line through it when hovering with my mouse or attempting to add information. It will not let me click into the box at all. I have been waiting 6 days for a response from the Help Center, but have yet to hear back. 

I have been trying to start my shop for over a month now, going back and forth with the Help Center, and still cannot seem to begin. I have verified my Business Name and EIN with the IRS and that it is in their system. I have also verified my Business Name and Business Registration Number with my state. I am at a complete loss why this STILL isn't working.

@Former_Member: Can't really speak to the reasons that you are having issues, and unfortunately Etsy is really bad at informative error messages.

But a couple of things to consider - don't know how old your EIN is but the verification checks are run against official databases and there have been reports that there is commonly a delay of at least 4 - 6 weeks between IRS issuing a new EIN and updating their public facing database. Also it appears that the "Name of Legal Entity" must include both lines on your SS-4. For example "Store Name LLC FirstName LastName Sole MBR"

Thank you for responding. I really do appreciate the advice.

I have verified with the IRS that my information is in their system. 

I have also tried my "Name Legal Entity" with every possible combination I can try to and "unlock" the ability to enter information in the EIN, Business Registration Number, Jurisdiction, and Date of Birth areas, but no combination seems to work.

I'm honestly at a loss for why this isn't working.
