Unable to Copy & Paste

Help!

I am trying to create listings that contain similar text. I am suddenly not able to cut & paste my text. I tried to open a variety of listings and none are allowing me to copy any text. I can't even copy from a listing to a word document or from a word doc to a listing. I am going nuts. I don't want to have to keep writing and rewriting the same text.  Is this a bug? Is there a work around?

Is copy and paste working elsewhere for you? Try on other sites and from word doc to another word doc for example. If it's not working there either then its likely a system issue not an etsy issue. 

Either way I would try all the usual suggested fixes like clearing cache and cookies, trying another browser, resetting router/modem, rebooting etc if you haven't already.

Thanks! Chrome is the issue apparently. It's working in Edge.

Yay I'm glad its working somewhere at least. I know how frustrating it is when tech just stops working properly. I had a bunch of weirdness after my most recent chrome update. Its been driving me bonkers trying to fix.

Try clearing your cache, cookies and history in Chrome.  For some reason this browser seems to me to need that more often than some of the others.

One reason I prefer Firefox.

This worked. I switched to Edge and it resolved. Thanks.

Having the same issue in Android, already cleared the cache force stopped app etc.
