Uh oh! Site Issues

Just a 'heads up' folks....

I'm experiencing a lot of intermittent site access issues why trying to view the website and shop manager using a browser.

For example, I just got this when trying to access my shop manager.

Uh oh! A stitch has gone awry. Please try again later.

According to Etsy Status they are aware of an issue and are investigating.

Having issues here too. I'm able to open listing pages, but getting an error message any time I attempt to make edits, and it will not save.

The good news is that my new listing published.  The bad news is that it published three times.

Mine published twice and I was charged each time.

OMG - I thought my computer was crashing or something, glad to know that it's not! I cannot edit active or expired listings. Takes me to blank screen and to check with Etsy.

Some people are getting "Contact Etsy Support". But this is too widespread vs. being an individual thing. ModAngie has been tagged in this thread. Hope she will pass this on to engineers, and there will soon be a fix. People need to be able to work.

I am experiencing this today when trying to click into my listings on the back end. Is anyone else getting this?

I can’t load a listing to edit it! I get a message saying, There was a problem loading this listing. If this keeps happening, contact Etsy support! Can’t do any work on my shop if I can’t load a listing!

Got "site not found" when I went in to edit a listing.

Second day for me - my whole shop was missing yesterday. It is backup, but finding uh oh pages when I try to edit and move around in my shop.

It is terrible. There's ALWAYS something bad going on.  I put my shop on vacation. The silence from Etsy is also deafening. It is the most unreliable marketplace ever. Drives me insane in frustration.

Actually, relieved to read I'm not alone in this (but of course sorry at the same time!) Keep getting the "Uh-oh page not found" in shop manager on all listings- active, drafts etc. (in both app and desktop). Working normally an hour ago. Wait times for help 16-17 minutes message around 20 minutes ago, so I'm assuming this is affecting a lot of shops. Hopefully fixed soon for us xo

I've noticed a problem for days, not within my dashboard but I can't access my shop on Etsy. I can get to the main Etsy ok, but anyway I have tried to get to my shop the page doesn't load and the page just keeps trying to refresh. Doesn't work from within my dashboard to edit my shop, using my direct link doesn't work. I can search for an item on Etsy and I can find my products, but if I click on my shop name it's just nothing.

I see it's supposed to be fixed but I'm still getting the Uh-oh page. Have to keep reloading to make it go away.

I just tried mine, even though Shop is On Vacation. I was able to view it. Although the last 3 days I have received the Captcha Pop Up when Signing In. I did Ctrl + F5 twice, and it went through without me having to click the photos. I think it has to do with all the glitches people are dealing with when trying to list and such.
