Once submitted, we’ll review the information within 5 business days.

Having the same problem, from PH also. But mine is they keep asking to re-add my bank account, haven't received any small payments

Would just like to know how long it took for your shop to be unsuspended after you uploaded the bank statement?
@DigitalNatures I'm sorry you guys are having trouble (the same that Sellers in Turkey had). I saw you posted to the other Thread. In that Thread, I "atted" the Admin who addresses Technical Issues. Hope it is fixed soon for you.

I followed this and still got the suspension max out notice.
Is there any update of this technical issue.
I did this twice and still not verified. In addition, my store was suspended even without any violation. I am loosing sales and income because of this. Please help!

The problem is that I cant access the tab- "My bank account is in another currency" as it is blocked by the red suspension banner. Could the techies remove that, so we can actually upload the required bank statement? Or at least give us another link to upload bank statement.

Hi nguhpjyhih0bo0e5, I am also having the same issue for 2 weeks now. The problem here is even though all the bank info we input is correct, no sellers from the Philippines have received the test deposit. No one.
Etsy always says that they "tried to send the test deposit but the bank keeps on rejecting it". Sorry but I beg to disagree with that. I have contacted my bank numerous times already and they checked my account activity and they said that there was no history or any attempts from Etsy that they sent us the test deposit. So clearly, the issue is not with our banks but with Etsy. My bank also told me that if Etsy really tried to send me a test deposit, Etsy should have a copy of FORM MT103, that form is proof if Etsy really tried to send us the money and it also shows the error why the deposit did not go through. So, if possible would you be able to provide us a copy of FORM MT103 so we would know if Etsy really tried to send us the deposit?
Im also having problems verifying my bank account. I tried uploading my bank statement with letterhead and my account ended up suspended due to failed verification. I have reached max attempts and so I could not reenter my details.
I am having this same problem for 2 weeks now. Tried different banks but the issue is still there. The “verify now” banner is gone but shop is still suspended.

Are you done with the verification process? I'm afraid that it will last for 30 days our account will be frozen. My account has been suspended and I wasn't able to update may bank details. I asked the support team to reset my account they replied and still nothing happens. hahahahaha nakakatwa. Is anyone here already verified? Please help your fellow Seller from Philippines. Thank you.

No update 'til now.... Even the help requests are being ignored. One email I sent was 6 days ago with no response from Etsy.
Hello ph friends! My shop was reinstated today after a one-week suspension. I waited 6 days to receive the small deposit, I was quite nervous to type in the number but finally verified. I reply to Etsy support that my bank was verified, they reinstate my shop immediately. Just try to contact them again and again, only try one time for them to send the deposit so you won't mix up and try all the values. I hope the problem can be solved soon for the ph seller.

Are you from the Philippines? What is your bank? So far, all the Filipino sellers I know never received the small amount.
