Two of my listings got deactivated.

We cannot see your inactive items.  Did you use any prohibited terms?  As you sell jewellery, I'm thinking maybe you used ivory or amber.  Did you use any designer names?

Since we can't see inside your shop manager, it's probably best if you list the title and tags of the affected listings, however it could also be something in a photo.

Most likely it's a mistake and your listings will be reinstated within about 7-10 days.

I did see another necklace with ‚trippy‘ and ‚psychedelic‘ in the title. Wouldn’t be surprised if a bot connects these to drugs!?!

Your carnelian necklace has the word "healing" in the title, and in the description you describe the metaphysical / healing nature of carnelian. Did your 2 deactivated listings make similar claims?

Etsy sellers cannot make medical / metaphysical claims in their listings, it's against policy.

Spent shell casings are not allowed to be sold on Etsy.

Are spent casings still prohibited? There’s a bunch being listed and sold by several shops. I can’t seem to get any information about it
