Hi and thank you ahead for reading my question.
I had a listing, the buyer purchased
I offered the 2nd item at a discount under a new listing, she purchased it.
To save us both money I shipped them together under 1 listing.
Now I don't know what to do with the 2nd listing that is open and ready to ship.
What do I do??

@Lulubears It sounds like you did it correctly. Star Seller calculations aren't real-time so give it a day or two and the percentages should catch up.
@BetterOldThings Use the circle-arrow icon (progress) and mark as completed - copy/paste the tracking # in from the other order.
I just sent two orders in one package, marked both of them as complete with the same tracking number and my shipping rating dropped from 100% to 93%. Etsy says I am not showing tracking on one of my sales. It just doesn't make sense to me.

Go to the second order, by the clock symbol mark complete. Then enter the same tracking number from the package already shipped.
@BetterOldThings: We ship multiple orders in a single package all of the time - when you mark the orders complete just make sure that you put the correct shipper and tracking number on both.
i ship multiple orders together all the time. every time i mark the second order shipped/completes and add the tracking number from the first order. BUT every time the second order is noted as NO TRACKING ADDED! which then screws up my star seller stats.
help!!
@antiqueprintstore: We have experienced that too on rare occasions, but it has always resolved itself a day or two after the package has been scanned. Have you checked the applicable CSV file to see if the problem persists?
