Two factor Authentification not working

I recently signed up for Etsy ... And I found some important anomalies ! In the authentication verification with sms,  the programmer gave the MAXIMUM 5 NUMBERS rule,  Mobile numbers have more .. Why this block? This makes it impossible to verify by sms which would be the fastest You are obliged to download the App for verification .. But I cannot access the App because the SMS DOES NOT ARRIVE TO ME Perhaps it is not a problem for all States ..But it is easy to verify!

I didn't have a max 5 numbers rule, I put in my country code, and my mobile number without the leading zero,

,so my 11 digit mobile phone number looks like

+447510111111

(5 last numbers substituted for 1's)

...I don't have the app, I only have a 2G phone - so calls and sms only
