Two Way Factory Problelm

I'm trying to get into my shop with the two-way security code.  I'm not receiving a call on both sides, so I put my app.  Is anyone having this issue?  I reached out to customer service and they said they would take it down so I could get in, so I got in, but when I located the two-way factory it was still the same, and it would not allow me to take it off.  Is anyone having the same issue?

Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or via mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system)? If using the app, have you tried a browser (even a mobile browser)?
