Trying To Contact Etsy Tech Support

I have searched every where on the Etsy site for a way to contact Etsy support regarding the new app. The new app does not support android phones and you have to use a laptop or computer to access your Etsy account. It was more convenient to use my phone as I could check my Etsy store anywhere,not as easy to drag a laptop around. From what I researched on Google play there are tons of bad reviews on this new app, and quite a few from android users. I tried going around Google play to see if I could download the app straight through Etsy but it just goes back to Google play and then the message "this app is not compatible" with your phone. Does anyone know how to get around this or contact someone at Etsy that can address this issue.. Thank you.

I've had it on my Android phone since it was first introduced.  Do you have an older phone?

Use the browser version on your phone instead.   Use your search bar and Google Etsy.com.  Looks and works just like your computer - with a few exceptions.

I have it on my Android also. It's 3+ years old.

If you want to just check your phone go to google and type etsy.com then sign in.
