Trouble with uploading my digital products on listing

Dear Etsy community,

I am having a problem uploading my digital products on my shop, either in the zip, pdf or epub format, and less than 20MB, less than 70 characters on the title, and the process taking place on chrome browser.

Has anyone experienced something similar?
