When I try to reply to my customer I get a red banner message that says, "an error has occurred (invalid nonce), please try again." Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it? Thanks
If you are using the Etsy app, try using a browser instead.
I get that at times because I have to step away from my computer often so it sort of "times out". I just copy message after writing it & refresh page, then paste copied message & it should send.
