Hello all!
In a matter of hours today I tried to open a second shop. Immediately it was suspended. Customer support sent it to a specialist who confirmed suspension (with no reason). I filed an appeal and within minutes received a denial letter.
I understand that nothing could be done at this point.
Now I fear my first shot will be suspended too.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is it a glitch?

Was your 2nd shop totally separate from your first? Different items? Different email? Different look? If you were trying to sell the same or similar items that would fit in your first shop then that is probably why.
You can try an appeal again and state that what you were going to sell is completely different from your first shop.
Yes. It was totally separate. Different products and different niche. I explained that in my appeal and the denial came back in literally 3 minutes.

At what point was it suspended? After it was set up and you were adding products? As soon as you paid the fee?
Looking at past posts on this issue, I've seen everything from verification issues to not noting that you have two shops in your profile, to trying to sell the same items in both shops.
One poster said that they contacted chat and the suspension was lifted because it went to the wrong department originally for verification, so perhaps knowing at what point it was suspended or after what actions you were taking may help to narrow it down.
It was suspended after bank verification with Plaid even though the verification was successful.

I want to open one too! Im almost afraid! LOL I have so much already made farmhouse decor that doesn't fit this shop.
Did you have to pay $29 or was yours a different price?
I paid $29 for this shop a few months ago but Ive read some only pay $15.
this shop is a pod shop, was your second shop also a pod shop?
it is not listed in this shop , as another shop
What does her shop being POD have to do with this?
Did they even get that far to mention this new shop? It was immediately suspended.
Also does it matter if its two POD shops?
I could start another one that would be totally different than my current POD shop.
they say it was suspended for no reason, and the appeal was denied, well, it would be, because if they don't know why it was shut, how can they put together a proper appeal
Trying to help, as we can't see the other shop, then these are suggestions to look into, because we know they have been problems with shops being shut immediately before, and if it is one of these, then they can formulate an appeal, if it's not, then if they give us more information, we can help with other suggestions.

It is getting ridicules when sellers are scared to open a 2nd shop, even more ridicules that they are left fearing for their original shop.
