Tried everything and no cha ching on my phone

I have been selling on Etsy for 10 years.  This is the first time I have not been able to find a remedy for a problem.  I got an iphone 17 and now no cha ching sound or banner notification.  I have checked notifications on the app, my phone, deleted and downloaded the app and restarted the phone.  Still nothing.  My last 5 sales have been silent (although now I get a sound on my ipad).   

Any ideas?

Yes, I seem to have lost the sound too for the last 4 sales. Very odd. I am on a Samsung Galaxy. Following this thread.

It is odd that my ipad (never had a sound) does now, very faintly.

This happened to me when I changed my phone years ago. I did this, it worked for me. 

Go to the Play Store, download an app called 'Zedge', open it and search 'Etsy'. Download the notification. Now go to your phone settings > notifications > Sell on Etsy > Sold Order > Sound and find the 'Etsy Cha-ching' notification (it can be in the songs section, if you don't find it in notifications list).
