Translation doesn't work

The site doesn't translate to English.

I switched to Etsy UK and CAN to check if the German post reads well in English, or if I need to reword something, and I see a button:

"translate to English", but clicking it doesn't produce a translation.

I have the same problem. Even here on the forums as well as etsy, translate to english does nothing.

Yes, it's been like that for a while now for me too.

For the Forums, the only way I can get "translate to English" to work is to set my language to English (US). It has never worked for English (UK)

I have also been seeing shops in two languages, even in the item title.  really messed up.

Yes, I saw a seller here in the forum from Germany and her shop had a mixture of German and English.  We were thinking it was another Etsy glitch.

I'm not having any issue with the translation.  I just did three and they translated just fine in the fourms,

I looked at your items and the English appears just fine.

I find the translator works fine except in cases where the seller tries to do it themselves.  Then I've noticed very odd titles and description information.

And some things just can't be translated.

I printed 7 orders this morning, and one of the orders packing slips came out with a mix of English and Chinese. 🤯
