I need assistance with the tracking of orders on my Star Seller review. All my orders have tracking and the Star Seller status says that I have one order that does not have tracking. I don't know how to find the order they are referring to since they all have tracking. Can someone assist me with this. Thank you.

As of March 21, our engineers updated all USPS shipping labels that were purchased since the start of this issue. All labels that were stuck in the ‘Pre-Transit’ state due to this issue are now displaying the proper tracking information. @NICELYCUTDESIGNS Hi, Try downloading the CSV file; hopefully that will tell you. Or you could check your Orders and see if any of them say "Pre-Transit". There are many Threads with Sellers' orders being erroneously Marked as "Pre-Transit (when these are In-Transit and/or Delivered). Sellers have been contacting Chat. (I'll zip you over the largest Thread about this).
