Can anyone help, im in the UK & i send most of my items 2nd class via OBA so standard post no tracking information however this last week or so loads of my orders on Etsy are showing tracking number from Royal Mail the leading to a lot of confused customers, especially ones that havent updated for the last week and now are asking for refunds.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Isn't OBA with Royal Mail?  Use ClicknDrop?  Perhaps error on Royal Mail.  Sent signed for?  In lieu of tracking?  Did the issue cause buyers additional shipping cost?  If not why would they be worried or is Royal Mail asking them for additional funds?   Sounds like you need to query Royal Mail.
