Tracking number

I accidentally entered the tracking number wrong on one of my orders (missed a single number) and only realised now that the order has been received. Is there any way for me to go  back and change it ??

Yes, go to your sold order and click on the 3 vertical dots to the right.   Choose Add a package and input the correct tracking number.

Have you looked on the help pages? Lots of info on  there.

If it's been longer than 3 days you cannot change it.
If it hasn't been 3 days, follow the steps on the help link below.

Mine has been more than 3 days but I just hadn’t realised you should add the tracking number in. Now I don’t have the 3 dots to click but my payment is in reserve. Any advice anyone?

In reading the help article on payment reserves, it looks to me like you might have to wait the full 90 days as it is too late for you to add the tracking number.
