An order that was sent last week has correct tracking info (with USPS), and when I click on the tracking number I see that the package has been delivered. Etsy, however, still indicates that the package is in pre-transit, so my Star Seller status says I haven't met the on time shipping requirements this month. Is there anything I can do to correct this? When I try to find info in Help, I see the message:
"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."
Can you use the chat button and explain the problem? Screen shot the USPS tracking information and tell them you have it. I am not sure if you can send it with your message, or if you have to wait for them to ask for it.
Thanks for the suggestion, but when I try to open a chat, I just get the message "can't load messages, tap to retry" and nothing happens.
Did you have your item scanned at the post office? If you had more than one package did you use the scan form?
If you just dropped off the package without getting a receipt and scanning then you are at risk that your post office will not scan the package.
You can request through email that Etsy update the information but don't mention star seller. Just ask for it to be updated. Etsy may again refuse to do so.

I was able to contact Etsy by requesting a call back (since the chat doesn't work for me), and the customer service rep was able to change the status of the order to "Delivered". I did mention my Star Seller status would be affected and that didn't seem to cause any issues.
I have had reviews for items that say “In Transit”.
I was able to contact Etsy and the rep was able to change the status of that order to "Delivered" (It should have been obvious, since the tracking number was correct and USPS did indicate that the package was delivered). It took a while for that to be reflected in my Customer Service Stats, but they are now updated and my "On time shipping and tracking" for this month is now back to 100%! Thanks Etsy.
