Tracking # adjustment?

Hi there,

I forgot to add tracking to a parcel that I sent a month ago! I realize now that it's affecting my Star Seller status. Can I add my tracking # after the fact? IE I see that when I go to the "completed order" section I can "add a parcel" to the completed order. Would this help if I "add a parcel" and then put the original tracking # that I didn't add? 

Hoping it will be fairly affected in my "Star Seller" status because the parcel did in fact have tracking!

You only have 3 days to edit (or add, I guess) the tracking number.

Do you have chat available? I transposed some numbers once when I entered a tracking number. It was past the 3 day mark so I chatted with an Etsy  person. They did enter the correct number for me but it took at least 10 minutes or so. They were really helpful. He wasn't sure if it was possible but he was able to do it. This was a few years ago so I am not sure if they would try it now. Never hurts to try. Sometimes I just think it depends on the agent you chat with.

Tracking has to be added within processing time frame and an error only has 3 days to be corrected.  Sorry.
