I have been looking at my start seller rating and I am currently sitting on the threshold for next month due to tracking details apparently not being uploaded on time. I have downloaded my shipping report and can see the orders that don't have tracking , but when looking at the individual order pages for these items I can see tracking was added on time. I do not want to lose my star seller rating due to an error on your side by the looks of things. I hope this issue can be resolved
There have been other posts in the forum about this issue, if you entered your tracking details correctly and on time and it is a shipper that Etsy recognises, then you need to report it to Etsy.

@EvoArtPrints: If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
"... due to an error on your side ..." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
