Top seller : messages rate not updated and not right for the 3 next monthes
I checked all the messages in the datas CSV EXCEL board.
I saw that when one customer write two different messages in the same day or twice in two different conversations, if we reply only to one of them, the second one is considered as NO REPLIED, even if it is the same conversation.
That is really unfair. I didn't obtain Top seller badge for july because of two double conversations.

You have to reply to all messages or mark as spam. It has always been that way. I think they are working on getting all messages in one thread, but the criteria right now has not changed.
You need to answer (or mark as spam) every single thread.
It's silly, of course. But it's fair, in the sense that we are all governed by the same rules, and it seems that every single seller has made this mistake once. (There are multiple messages about this very situation every day here.) You can mark them as spam, and they should be removed from the calculations for next month's badge.
Please check on your dashboard where it expains how the message rate is calculated. It says all messages. Reply or spam. You can spam it now and your message rate will go up to 100% for the next star seller evaluation.
