I need to adjust one of my settings in the Security dashboard, but the toggle won't respond. I am merely trying to change from one setting to another and have tried 2 different browsers and two separate computers. Not the problem. It's just stuck. Anyone else?
@TaracudaJewelry Giving you a Bump. I've been in "Security" in my Dashboard but have not used the toggle button. Hopefully someone will jump in.

(You may have already done the following): Clear cache/cookies; unplug & plug back in modem. Make sure browser/s are up to date; ones that aren't are not supported by Etsy. I've been shutting my computer down at night, suggested by a helpful Seller. (I always use same desktop computer, browser, ISP, OS, etc. It regularly updates & does security scans). But I was checking everything including "Security" due to having intermittent Captcha issues upon Sign In (have NOT had this problem for 9 days however). "Security" was always the same when I checked, but as I said, no toggle button used.
Can't think of anything else. Maybe some of these suggestions will help; I very much hope so. Good Luck.
Thanks, Chillwolf Art! I had already cleared my cache, etc., but nothing worked. Etsy Support came to the rescue and took care of it. It was truly a blip and something they had to do at their end.
Some toggle buttons need to be tapped to change, others need to be dragged. Possibly you may need to scroll to the bottom of the page to save any changes. Depends upon your device.
PillowDetails, I understand that, but it wouldn't move at all. I contacted Etsy support and they had to reset everything at their end. Thanks for the suggestion though.
