Title Description Glitch

Hi All,

Just a quick question to see if anyone else is experiencing a similar glitch with listing titles?

When I edit my items listing title, it updates correctly on the overall 'shop view', but once you click on a particular item to view, it hasn't updated the wording? I'm running latest google chrome on a Mac and have cleared cache, tested it incogntio mode and on my iPhone, but frustratingly the problem persists? 

Any ideas?

@roofandroost How long has it been since you did the update? Sometimes it takes a little time for the various parts of Etsy to update with new listing information.

A good hour or so, fingers crossed it's a temporary problem, as it only seems to be effecting one listing. Thanks for the heads-up!

I have the same problem, and it's frustrating. It usually fixes itself in a half hour or so.

Clear your cache and restart your browser.

When I edit titles, it typically takes an hour or so to reflect the edit. It has ALWAYS been this way and I've been here nearly 10 years.

I've seen this too and it's frustrating. The update needs to be real-time.

Do as @DesertChains mentioned ... clear your browser cache!  I have more problems with Etsy when using Google than I do with using Edge, but by clearing the cache --and ensure your browser is updated-- usually clears out the cobwebs.  Try a different browser if needed.  Good luck!
