The frustration! Some of my thumbnail photos are the correct size and look fine...then there's one that is gigantic and fills the entire window...then back to the correct size. I refuse to go in and resize the too large thumbnails as they were fine prior to whatever Etsy did to mess them up. Why does this keep happening?
