The tops of my latest thumbnail pictures are cut off. I've tried resizing the pictures, to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem?
Your photos either need to be square to not be cut off, or you need to take the photo from farther away so you can crop it to a square on etsy
Etsy thumbnail frames are now square, so make sure your main pictures look good as a square before you upload them. Crop your pictures yourself. Also, Etsy likes pictures that are at least 2000px.
