Thumbnail editor doesn't work correctly

The thumbnail editor saves the thumbnail entirely different than how you adjusted it.

Re: Thumbnail editor doesn't work correctly

I just adjusted a few of mine and it worked exactly as I wanted it to.

Are you using the app or browser?  Did you try a different browser?

Re: Thumbnail editor doesn't work correctly

Using Chrome on a computer. The thumbnail that is shown in the drafts page is zoomed in probably x6 compared to the thumbnail that I adjusted, and that is shown in the listing page when I save as a draft or post it.
Different browser didn't change anything.

So currently, I'm having to go in, adjust it, save it, go back to the drafts to check it, and repeat as many times on every listing as needed until each looks right

For anyone also experiencing this, just know that the version you originally edit and save is what actually shows on Etsy once it's published. Not what shows up in the drafts and listing pages.

Re: Thumbnail editor doesn't work correctly

Hi @CadensPottery , do you mean it shows wrong under my listings, but buyers see the "correct" edited thumbnail?

Re: Thumbnail editor doesn't work correctly

Adjusting the thumbnail worked correctly yesterday for a couple of listings - then it went back to having to repeat "adjust thumbnail" several times before it would save.
