This item is unavailable in your region" error in digital download listings

Folks,

Good day. I sell only digital products (all ebooks) in my shop. today I am getting the below error for a couple of my ebook listings.

This item is unavailable in your region.

But other items are shown correctly when I click them in the shop.

Any suggestions or solutions?

@TheBookWormCafe: It is hard to speculate on why a particular listing "is unavailable", but the bots are looking for trigger words with no consideration for context. Just as an example that may or may not apply to you, knives are "unavailable" in the United Kingdom. Since Etsy is now also factoring descriptions in search, they along with titles, tags, and materials (and possibly even alt tags if you are using them) are all probably being checked. And the bots are also "reading" images.

Hi, thanks for the reply. My items are just regular books on stress management, humor, satire, leadership, etc. All clean stuff and no mild bad words either. Only two items show this error while all other items are shown when I click them. But my friends in USA can see the items that I can't see in India. So items are not delisted. I did a support chat and the person didn't know what was the issue and said he has to contact internally. So no idea what's happening. It was showing yesterday properly.
