I keep getting #39 come up on my review responses and other random places on my shop. Any advice? My family noticed it first and #39 seems to appear randomly. Ive no clue what this is or how to stop it???

It might be that you are using a symbol/digit in your reviews that isn't recognised in the font Etsy uses. So it is replacing it with #49.

I know this happens sometimes when I'm using a font which doesn't have apostrophes in.

I personally don't see it anywhere in your reviews but I see you are using smiley face and that might be the problem as @ReginaldSpleen mentioned. Etsy is not too keen on emojis.

Using the smiley face emoji is okay, you just use it on an item you are selling.
