Have you received an increase in orders recently or open cases?

You could try requesting a call back, current waiting time is 1 min.

As you are based in the United States I would try the call back option, it seems to work for US sellers

Did you not ever confirm your banking and/or ID? At some point after a sale or so, Etsy requires it and puts a time limit in place. Based on the on-screen message your account is closed, not suspended. But since it's not gone, gone, you may be able to appeal.

Do what CryzalisDesigns suggested and try the callback option. Avoid chat, it's one slippery step above useless.

@Sepbeauty: "I hope to discuss this issue with you" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
