There are no deposits so I can verify my account

I have 2 shops. My other shop easily verified with the 2 deposits. I use the same account for my second shop. I selected again to receive the 2 deposits to verify the second shop and the deposits are not there. i tried to use the first deposits for the other shop and they were incorrect.

I have sent 4 requests for help thru the help forum and just keep getting the tutorial for how to verify.

I could change my method of verification and do instant --but I can no longer access the choice. I could change the bank account for the second shop --but I cannot access my payment settings until I VERIFY MY CURRENT ACCOUNT

Does anybody have any suggestions for how to actually get help. I just need them to make the 2 deposits so i can verify my account. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My money is held for a month now.

@RookieBits: "I have sent 4 requests for help thru the help forum ..." DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile). Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive or Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, but once on each Etsy reply before anything is done but do not give up.

Does anybody have any suggestions for how to get etsy to respond so that I can either:

#1-get the 2 required deposits or

#2-be given the opportunity to do an instant verification or

#3-even be able to access my account to add a different bank account to avoid confusion.

So Just Crickets!! I have replied to the email several times now and still nothing. I'm not sure what will happen when they suspend my shop. Maybe there will be an opportunity to communicate with someone for help??
