The new app and a review.

The new app is acting really weird. It's showing a review I just received for a product I haven't sold. Went to desk top and review is for a sale I did last week for some goblets. On the app it says it for a statue I just listed. So strange and concerning.

Maybe someone that uses the new app can peek at your shop to see what the reviews show. How odd!

@EaDoVintage  Very weird.  Is it from the same Customer and written on the same Date?

You haven't replied but I went into your Shop and see no recent listing for a Statue. Is the Statue in your Listings Page? Very weird though that the App is showing a Review for a Statue.  In your Sold Items, I do see the Goblets.

sorry feel asleep! The review is the second to last review and is for goblets "Everything was is great condition..." On the app with that review I see a photo and title for Christopher Pardell Indian Sculpture which is a fairly new listing that has not sold yet.

@EaDoVintage   When I sort to Most Recent, I do see the Christopher Pardell Indian Sculpture (Pg. 3 on my desktop computer).  That is extremely weird that the Review on the App is showing this sculpture (and not the goblets).

Something is definitely amiss.  I know others have said the App has glitches, but something like this is a big one (a Review portraying the incorrect item in the photo). What the devil.

(I've never used the Apps and have no experience with them).

Ok so I found another review showing the wrong item on the new app. they really need to get this sorted. I reported both in the feedback with a screen shot.

@EaDoVintage  That is freaky; how in the world does something like this happen (rhetorical question).  I can't even imagine what Buyers who come across this must think.

@ChillwolfArt I'm not sure they would even know it's different. the vase was sold and reviewed after the first one so they would see the same item with 2 reviews. what I do know is I don't trust the new app and it's information!
