It’s odd that DHL Express isn’t updating on Etsy considering it is one of the options on Aftership (they do the tracking integration for Etsy). Perhaps you need to try one of the different DHL options. I have noticed that it doesn’t matter if it is exactly what you use, try them out and see if it changes to in transit
For example I used to use “PostNL International” and then one day it stopped updating on Etsy. I now have to select “PostNL International 3S” that one does update. As an added problem is that the 3S option switches to the International one that isn’t tracked when I complete the order so I always have to go back into the completed order and change it to the 3S option. Something is wrong in the Etsy systems and I am not sure if they are fixing it.
