The category selection button does not work when listing new products. When I wanted to list a new product, when I clicked on that box while choosing a category, suggestions were coming up or a clickable category would appear. But now, whatever we do to that box, it comes out empty. Anyone experiencing this problem? how do we solve ? Thank You
If you guys have this problem again, what I did was this:
1. Type the category
2. Use the arrow button (keyboard) to go down to the right category
3. Press enter when you reach the category (don't click or it will not select)
I couldn't switch to the old version and it took me forever to figure this out haha

I have the same problem. I didn’t get a representative to give me some kind of an answer.. I said to clean out the cookies in your computer, which could wipe out all your passwords so you have to back up your passwords first. I can’t understand that sending out an update to take care of the problems that we’re having is Sellers.
Yeah, I already did that and got this message too late, actually, wiped out all my passwords, had to start over and try to figure out. how to get into my accounts email. etc

My category selection won't let me select anything so I can't publish my item. Any solutions?
Oh I didnt think anything was wrong. Just part of the new listing template working up to its stellar reputation.

Turns out it was my fault, when I started the listing I forgot to click on of those new buttons. Sorry.
I am again having this issue where it categorizes my items wrong and when I correct it it resets it upon publishing
