The algorithm counts the reply as delayed to this message https://www.etsy.com/messages/1118979594
But this is not true. I answered when the message appeared. Then I noticed that there was a time gap. The customer wrote a day ago, but I receive the message with a delay. I assume it was sent to Etsy support and then forwarded to me. Because it's in Italian. And the client communicates with me in English.
The algorithm reduced my Star Seller percentages to 98%. But I'm not to blame for that. Look at the date I received this message, you will see that it was forwarded to me late. I answered quickly. I communicate with my client in English. This message is in Italian. The customer wrote this message to another recipient. Then this message was forwarded to me. I'll answer right away. But the algorithm recognizes that I am late. I am not late, but I am innocently guilty. It is . Etsy support advised me to put this message in SPAM. I will do this. Let's see if that fixes the problem.
Greetings

Yes, put the message into your spam folder.
Other sellers do not have access to your messages. The link you posted will not work for anybody except you.
The Star Seller is nothing but a purple non-sense. I would not lose my sleep over it.
I see a lot of message issues as well. I'll bring up etsy, load everything, and open the "messages" tab EVERY single day... and nothing new will be there. Then, an hour or two later it will say I have a message, I'll go back to that tab, and it says that the message was sent 1-2 days ago.
I wouldn't worry about star seller too much. I don't think it matters to anything.... but yes, they do need to fix the random message bugs.
