I am no longer able to search successfully in the seller handbook.
Everything I type in has html codes added to the search string which is causing an error.
For example, if I search for keywords 101 the results page displays keywords%20101 with the error message "Nothing here - yet. Make sure the words are spelled correctly or try using different words with the same meaning."
Thanks for your report, Mary! I've referred this to the appropriate team on your behalf.

@thatregina
Thank you for the prompt response!
@DaysofYoreTreasures The “%20” you see in the search is the html code for a space. Search works fine and returns results if I enter just the term “keywords”. However, the space in “keywords 101” seems to be tripping it up. Sigh…
@DOKOcreations
Thanks for checking!
Dear @thatregina
Unfortunately this bug is still not fixed. I am not able to find the articles I am searching for in the Seller Handbook because of it.
In addition, it has become a lot harder to find the information I need within this resource since the "categories" were changed some months ago.
I gave up using Etsy's search a long time ago when looking for something in the handbook. I've been using Google search, just like when I'm trying to find product here to purchase.
@PWOriginalsI never find anything in the Etsy handbook unless I search for it on Google.
No, but thanks for helping.
They introduced a search bar at the top of the seller handbook when they re-arranged it - about a year ago?
Maybe I am one of the few who use it.
I'm getting the same as you. I typed "ultimate guide" (received "ultimate%20guide"). Typed "keywords 101" (received "keywords%20101).
When I'm in the Seller's Handbook, I usually click onto "Getting Found" (rather than type anything in the Search Bar, although I have typed in there in the past).
