The Etsy App.....HELP

Feeling very frustrated and no help in sight. The issue started a  couple of months ago and I've had one email communication the first time it happened and it wasn't resolved and they did not contact me back. I only have  some listings showing up in my shop on the Etsy app and many clients have contacted me with the same problem. My sections are empty on the app and it only shows 24 of the 38 items in my shop. A couple months ago it was showing nothing. I've logged out and offloaded the app many times to no avail. I'm also in an Etsy forum group with countless sellers having the same issue. Where is the resolution? I've been a seller for many years and I'm upset by this. I feel that I've missed many sales due to this as many shoppers purchase on the app.

I assume you are talking about that showing here on the forums. That is the badge you have earned/been assigned for your participation in the forum. Click on your profile icon on top right in forum and you can see the badges.

I'm in the same boat!  I and many other sellers have been dealing with this App glitch for many weeks. 

There are several of threads on the Forum about shop listings being invisible on the App.  Many sellers have been in contact with Etsy. NO solution!  Refreshing/upgrading my App does nothing.

The only thing that occasionally makes my listings visible on the App is to deactivate and then activate all of my listings...but that is only a temporary fix.  Within 6-12 hours my listings on the App are invisible. 

Wondering how many sales I've lost in what normally is my busiest time of year.

I deactivated all my listings like you advised and all showed up but two. Now I wait until they disappear. Do better Etsy. This shouldn't have gone on this long. It's been months.

I'm in another Etsy forum and there's a bunch of people this is happening to. I deactivated all my listings last night and reactivated them. They appeared in the app and then this morning they started disappearing again so I started the process all over again. This has been going on for some since August. Check your app!!! Let's get on this!!
