I don't seem to have a button to end the Thank you and Abandoned Basket codes....And I don't recall setting up Thank you offers. Could anyone advise please?
I just saw an announcement on my dashboard about Etsy increasing the length of time buyers have to redeem coupons ... 60 days and a year ... for thank you's and abandoned carts. I can't remember which was for which coupon because I x'd out. I can't find any announcement here on the forum thread either? Very odd. I did find a link to a survey on my coupon/sales page which I filled in. My pet peeve is the abandoned cart coupon seems to be given out immediately instead of waiting until the cart is actually abandoned ... this would be at least 48 hours IMO.

but doesn't mention on the sales & discounts page anything about it.
@CappuccinoLace thank you. I looked at the sales&discounts page to try and find the details and couldn't ... thought it was just me not seeing the obvious.
Just wondering what happens if you discontinue offering these coupons. Do the ones already sent out become invalid or just stay around until used?
@CappuccinoLace - I saw that same banner/notice in my shop manager yesterday. Found the "Now buyers will have....as a default" mention interesting.
Yet is would appear that unless there is something where the shop can enter custom time-frames for how long they want these offers to last, it's going to be an all or nothing option?
For me, at the top of my sales and discounts page, go to you abandoned cart promotion. At the very bottom there is a button to click to end promotion. I just stopped mine because my shop says that many people have my items in their carts, but none of them received my coupon!
