Temporary Hold on Funds

I haven't received a deposit since December 17th!  it says a temporary hold on funds.  I've sold on etsy for over 10 years and I was reverified for financial info.  Every day it says the deposit will be tomorrow.  I even have a screenshot where they said the funds were released.  ten minutes later it says again temporary hold on funds.  I have a chat button and the first time I messaged they said "there is no hold on your funds - you'll receive it tomorrow".  tomorrow came and went.  the second chat said I would receive an email.  Never received.  

I depend on the money to order more supplies!  it's almost a full month without getting paid.  My orders are all sent out in a timely manner...  

I now don't have access to chat, I can't get a phone call back, plus I can't even send a help request!!!  Can the moderator get my information to the right place?  thank you!

Check that your credit card on file has not expired.  If that happens you will not receive deposits until it is updated.  Etsy requires a valid card at all times in case it is needed to fund a refund when there are insufficient cleared funds in your payment account.
