Temporarily placed under block, have clicked on accept message but theres no attached files.

I got a message saying a potential customer is trying to contact me and my shop has been temporarily placed under block,  I can't see any attached files they have.said I have.

This is a scam - do not click on any links.  Your shop is not blocked. Scammers target new shops so make sure you read up on all Etsy's advice on how to avoid being caught out.  If you have clicked on anything, run a scan on your computer.

This is a scam message.  Messages that are legitimately from Etsy will be in a folder marked "From Etsy".  Your shop is not blocked - look at your shopfront; it's still showing active.

If you clicked on any link in the message, in the very least run a virus scan - the link could have contained malware, or a keystroke logger.

If you receive a suspicious message, please proceed with caution. Etsy Support will never ask you to provide personal information via Etsy Messages, such as your email address or password. Any legitimate message from us will show in your "From Etsy" folder.

If you receive a suspicious message, here’s how to report it:

1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your Account.
2. Go to Messages. 
3. Select the suspicious message from your inbox. 
4. Choose Mark as Spam.
