Technische Probleme und abgebuchtes Geld

kann mir jemand helfen? ich bin verzeifelt.

ich bin dabei meinen shop zu eröffnen und schon zwei leute haben was gekauft. wenn ich die käufe bestätigen möchte, muss ich erst mein konto verifizieren aber bei beiden käufen geht das auf unterschiedliche art - ich bin total verwirrt! und dazu gibt es technische probleme wegen denen mir dann gestern bei der verifizierung tausen euro abgebucht wurden und nicht wiederzurück erstattet wurden. der support braucht mit jeder nachricht ewig zum antworten und meint ich muss nochmal etwas abbuchen lassen damit alles zurückerstattet wird...

kann mir wer helfen? ich bin echt am verzweifeln!!

@EberanArtistry Vielleicht versuchst Du es einmal in der deutschen Community, eventuell leichter mit der Hilfe. Ganz freundlich möchte ich Dich aber auch darauf hinweisen, dass Dein Shop keinerlei rechtliche Grundlagen und einiges mehr, was zum Verkauf auf Etsy nötig ist, hat. Vielleicht auch deshalb die Schwierigkeiten? Es gibt ein hilfreiches Verkäuferhandbuch mit allem, was man zur Shoperöffnung braucht.

Actually I think it is good that @EberanArtistry  posted here as this is a well known scam that is going on here on Etsy. There may be more information here than there.

It sounds like you may have been the victim of a scam. You do not  confirm purchases. If these are real sales they will show in your shop manager/dashboard. 

Etsy will usually ask you to verify your ID after the first purchase  by uploading  your ID issued by the government, such as a driver's license or passport.  They make a small deposit to your bank account in order to verify it . This should not amount to thousands of euros.  In the US it is always less than $1.00.

We are only sellers like yourself. You really need to get ahold of Etsy to take care of this.

Go to your dashboard  and click on community>contact us. You will have to follow the prompts and will be given different options to pick. Chose the one nearest your problem. At first you will get an "auto" reply that will not address your problem. Scroll to the bottom and click "I still need help" and reply  to that same message until a human intervenes.

OR you can click on help and follow the same procedure.

Die Nachrichten kommen nicht von Etsy. Bitte lass deine Kreditkarten sofort sperren. 
Das ist ein scam. Dein Shop zeigt keinen Verkauf an. Den Etsy Support mit dem du redest ist höchstwahrscheinlich nicht echt. 
Etsy verlangt nie das Geld abgebucht wird um einen Verkauf zu bestätigen.

@EberanArtistry   Yes, as @CappuccinoLace  says--you should contact your bank. I would also run a virus and malware scan on whatever device you are using. Then change your passwords  using a different device if at all possible.

This is nothing to so with etsy, you have not sold anything,

When you do sell something, it appears on your dashboard, in orders and delivery/shipping, and you get a confirmation e-mail

once the sale shows in your payment account, etsy will ask for bank verification (no QR code or anything like that)

someone has messaged you, and asked for details , and you have given them to them, contact your BANK NOW, you have been scammed.

Hallo 

Ich habe eben gerade dieser Situation erfahren. Habe gerade Produkten veröffentlicht und kam gleich zwei kauf rein, die Etsy nicht ohne  Verifizierung meines Shop bearbeiten kann. Verifizierung geh aber nicht, Guthaben aber abgebucht ist. kommt nochmal email dass ich es erneut machen muss, ich will aber nicht nochmal denen Guthaben geben. Kannst du bitte mir sagen wie es dir dann gelöst wurde? Würde ich sehr dankbar dafür sein1

Habe gerade Etsy Hilfe E-mail rausgeschickt, glaube ich es dauert 1-2 tagen bis sie antworten.

It is NOT an order - real orders will show up on your Orders & Shipping page and your Payments page.

It is a SCAM - you need to contact your financial institution immediately and report this.

@47sz0frnhpzb0xux  you have no sales showing in your shop, if you responded to an email asking for your details you have been Scammed and need to contact your bank immediately.
