It shows for me that there is an error while loading my orders on the Etsy app. Is it same for everyone ?

Yep, I can't save changes to a draft listing, I'm getting the red error message, and it says to contact Etsy Support.  Sigh.

It shows me exactly the same. I turned off the Wi-Fi and it seems to work via mobile Internet

Just noticed my listing DID publish finally but the listing page is still open as if it hasn't been published with a red banner at the top "There was a problem saving your changes. Contact Etsy Support"

Everything is fine for me. Are you using the app? I always use Safari.
