Is anyone having problems renewing an item on etsy. It comes up with error: Oh ohhh something wrong, try again. However I can deactivate an item on etsy on my iphone but not desktop.
yes and it's very frustrating. it's a shipping profile data problem. the zip codes aren't being transferred from our original listings. it's time consuming and I'm at my wits end with the failure of the data field not updating
I am also having this problem with deactivating and deleting listings. Ive contacted Etsy support but they have not replied yet. The only fix I have found is to use the mobile app.
it looks like they put a sticking plaster on it for a temporary fix, and now that plaster has fallen off!! this is the same as last week with the message curser jumping problem, they said they fixed that to and a few hours later it was broken again!! something tells me they really do not have a clue!!
Can't edit listings here. It's probably just a new feature for the Star Seller program. At least we can post in these forums that Etsy doesn't read, though.
I wasn't able to deactivate a couple of days ago either . Now I can't list OR EVEN SAVE AS A DRAFT ! Thank God it wasn't one that I spent a lot of time on !!
It's so ridiculous. We pay so much in fees. You'd think that they could be more on the ball. When we don't fix a problem with a customer right away they hound us.
After having over 10 legitimate vintage listings deactivated by them in the last week, and now this, I ain't gonna lie, sometimes this Etsy sh** drives me to tears!
But only a couple, not going to give them the satisfaction! LOL
