Technical issue with Explore within the new Seller App

I'm a U.S. seller with an IOS phone and the latest version of the new Etsy Seller app. When I open the app I don't have the blue banner that will allow me access to the Explore feature. My shop is in good standing. I have tried deleting the app, turning off my phone, turning my phone back on and re-installing the app. It still doesn't show me the explore feature. 

I recently watched a new video from Etsy, featuring Explore. In the Q&A portion of the video it is stated that you no longer have to be invited to participate in Explore. Now all US sellers with the new Etsy app and an IOS phone have access to explore.

The video includes a qr code to scan and download the app during the video . They then take you thru a tutorial that you are supposed to follow along with to open explore and start using it (Katie Harper Senior Product Designer for Explore narrates this part of the video). When asked how sellers can access Explore Katie says in the Seller app there should be a blue link below shop stats that says "Check out Explore". The blue link does not show up for me on the app.

I tried contacting Etsy Support. First I tried chat, the specialist couldn't help me, didn't even understand what I was asking about. Then I submitted a help ticket. It was not helpful as the Etsy specialist responded that Explore is invitation only. This is absolutely no longer the case. 

I really want to use Explore! Please resolve the issue so I have access.

Did you ever get this resolved?? I uploaded two videos yesterday to explore and today my blue banner is missing and I can not find any information as to why, where it went, or how to get it back.

I finally talked to someone who passed it along to the tech team. Although I never heard back from anyone the issue seems to have been resolved as I can now use explore.

To this day there are still technical issues with the explore for IOS I cannot access it either
