I wanted to generate a Priority Small Flat Rate Box shipping label for a customer (these are $8.10 when I purchase them through Etsy). I was not offered the option of choosing flat rate shipping for the return, so the label will cost $10.07. Why is the flat rate not available? I tried to find out information through the chat function . . . . really not helpful.
