Technical Issue

I am having a technical issue with my shop. How can I call etsy to get this resolved? When I go through the help system it never gives me the option to contact them.

Contact Etsy support via chat.

When you choose an option that relates to your issue you will be given possible solutions or links to help pages. Then at the bottom of the page is usually a button to contact Etsy.

Go to Community and Help and instead of picking forums, pick Contact Us.

Then, continue to select your issue until you get to the page where it says "I still need help" at the bottom.  From there you can email Etsy.  First email from them will be a canned answer.  Reply to that email that you still need help.  That way it gets to a human.
