I did talk with a Joshua on chat and he looked into it but couldn't find why our star seller is reporting incorrectly.
He encouraged that I write a discussion on here to get some more technical assistance.
We have had all 5 star positive reviews from our period of July 1-Sept 30 and it's stating we have a 4.6?
Please look into this further.
We consistently strive to get star seller and have had it for months!

You do have Star Seller! What makes you think you don't?
You currently have the SS for September.

That's for October. It's only September 9th (we are not at Sept 30th yet).
The 1-star you got on June 30th is likely counted in the July numbers, because of time zones. You will need 19 5-stars in order to offset that 1 1-star.
Good point about time zones and the date of the review. Things get wonky end of the month.
@PropShopPros: You can easily check if the surmise by @audreytherese is correct by clicking on the 'reviews' card - the popup window will include a breakdown of the reviews by star count.
Support suggested you post here because they cannot change Star Seller for you, even if there is a glitch or it's wrong. Personally, I suggest waiting a week and see if it updates and corrects itself. If not, then work your way up the chain of command to someone other than a Chat representative.
