I had 8 orders that were shipped Jan 31st, 2023 with tracking numbers and Etsy dinged my account that they did not have tracking numbers. I double checked all the orders and can clearly see that they are being processed in USPS facilities. Also, they were shipped on time. The tracking numbers were entered correctly and this seems to be a technical issue. I lost a star. Grrr. This needs to be resolved on Etsy's end.
@DesignsbyCherylBaker - First thing to realize is that Etsy does not take the last couple of days in the month into account when reviewing the shop's stats for the next month's Star.
So your orders that were shipped yesterday should get updated, get included with February stats for the March Star.
Looking at your shop, you do have the shipping & reviews badges - but lack the message badge.
Etsy does not "include" the message stats if the shop receives absolutely no messages, ever. They will still qualify for the Star.
That you don't have that badge (assuming they have already adjusted shops for the month of February) then there may be a message in there somewhere that didn't get replied to, marked as spam, something like that.
As for any technical errors, you can contact Etsy if you desire but they definitely do not prioritize adjusting Star stats.
They have the messages and reviews badges, but not shipping.
@DesignsbyCherylBaker: This issue has been addressed in many many threads on this forum. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Usually a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and the Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively). Also remember that the Star Seller stats are in UTC not in your time zone, What is January 31 to you may be February 1 to Etsy.
The moral of the story - don't fill orders on the last day of the month.
