Technical Glitch Shipping error by Etsy for star seller

Good morning everyone... I am not sure if I put this in the right board. But. Etsy says I am not on time for shipping, which I lost star seller for. I downloaded the CSV to see which order they marked as "late" and it was not shipped late, it was within my processing time. I use Etsy labels for every order, so entering tracking etc isn't an issue there. I did notice that the date field for the "ship by" column in the CSV file for that particular order is blank, where all the others had a "ship by" date in there. Weird.

Does anyone know if there is an appeal process for this? If it was my error, I wouldn't care. But it's an error on Etsy's side.

It sounds like you are the victim of the "missing processing time" which is a well-known Etsy glitch.

Etsy has been known to lose those processing times and we all know that we can't publish without them.

I chatted with a support agent through live chat, who was very nice and they said a support ticket was opened since it's a "widespread issue". I don't know if anything will come of it, but I snapped some photos of our chat session with the agent's name just in case.

Adding to the weirdness of this - I also got an email from Etsy saying I am a star seller for January and my shipping is 100% on time. I don't know if I should laugh, or what
